I wanted to get audit log about activities happen during the Teams meeting such as giving presenter permissions, mute, and sharing activities etc. is there any possibility of taking such a logs?

No, such actions are not audited currently. You can get a list of all available audit events for Teams here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/audit-log-events#teams-activities

Agree with michev that at present, this is not feasible. Such activities are not tracked in either Audit Logs in compliance center or any User Activity Reports available in Teams admin center.
Based on my research, several relevant suggestions have already been submitted to the dedicated feedback portal for Microsoft Teams.
