We have generated SMAT report & noticed there are 2 types of workflows 1. WOrkflow assoications 2. workflows running
what is the exact difference between these two reports? Do we need to consider only second one to analyise further to migrate to powerautomate.
Please clarify
1.Workflow association means types of workflow, such as site workflow, list workflow and reusable workflow.
2.Workflows running means workflows running instances.
I suggest you refer both two reports to migrate workflows to flows.

I did not get second type which is running workflows, site , list and reusable workflow all are running right? then why can not we call first one is as running workflows.
workflows running history meaning what exactly which history it is? whose history it is?
Workflows running also can include any kind of workflow right ?, whther it could be list workflow which are running and site workflow which are running.
1.Sorry for misleading, Workflow Running report contains all the running SharePoint workflow instances.
2.The migration is unable to migrate workflows that are in progress. So it is recommended to finish all workflows in the Workflow Running report prior to migration.
3.Yes, it includes all kinds of workflow.
