We moved the DP role from drive X to Drive Y. post then the PXE is not working.
Do i need to remove the role and re add on DP server?

Hi, @SanthoshBasavarajappa-0776
Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.
You may try to uncheck "Enable PXE support for clients" and wait for the process finished by monitoring the distmgr.log, then re-check the box to see if it helps.

Can we have a more detailed description about the PXE not working?
Which step does PXE fail at?
