When shadowing (remote control) to user's session I see only black screen and his mouse cursor

In our RDS farm of Windows 2022 servers we can shadow with no rpoblems to full desktop sessions. But a shadow to a remote app session shows only a black screen with the mouse cursor. I can see the movement of the cursor and if I control the session I can also control the mouse but do not see where I am clicking :-)

No errors in the event logs. This happens generally on all servers no matter where the client is connected from.

Thanks if anybody has a clue.

we have the same issue in the same environment. did you ever find a solution for this?
