Form Recognizer OCR Testing Tool not working properly because that I can't train custom model in that tool.

@maliashwini-3245 Thanks for the question. Can you please add more details about the error that you are getting in V2.1 tool.
We would recommend using the Form Recognizer Studio V3.0.

Form recognizer tool working fine into google chrome and not working into firefox browser.

@maliashwini-3245 Thanks for the details. Can you please share the error snapshot for the firefox browser.

I got this issue yesterday. The solution works for me is clean the cache and restart the browser, then all good.
