I had a promo code that I used to get a subscription account. I got a mail from Microsoft that I have $100 usage cap but when I open the azure portal it is asking for a subscription.

Hi SadiqhAhmed-MSFT
I need someone help me to CANCEL my Azure subscription and hope to get REFUND ,
i create it in the end of 2021 to seek if it can be used for my work, but never logged in to used it since the first try(actually MY employer are paid customer for AZURE), and the Christmas long holiday let me forget it totally until i noticed the bill came every month and money has been taken from my credit card, and for the past months i just cannot find a contact way to stop it.
i couldn't find email or phone number from the invoice PDF file , i couldn't find from website and recent days i saw someone have same issue , and you provide link him/her, but i don't understand it asking me authenticator app thing when i try to login. I actually don't need login, only for seeking a way to find a contact way to cancel my account
I have been scared too much for trying new features of IT production.
Honestly every month when the invoice come, my heart is bleeding and feel so hopeless.
just hope someone can help me to stop losing money and get my money back.
Thanks in advance

Hello @VidhanShrivastava-1960 - Thank you for contacting us!
I understand your concern about not being able to activate Azure subscription using the promo code. In order to activate your subscription you need to first redeem your Azure Pass Promo Code. Detailed steps are documented here - https://www.microsoftazurepass.com/Home/HowTo?Length=5 and https://github.com/siriuscomputersolutions/azure-cie/blob/master/1-GovMonSec/2-Exercise%20-%20Create%20an%20Azure%20Pass%20subscription%20-%2010%20mins.md
You can redeem your Azure Pass by going through the website: https://www.microsoftazurepass.com
If you are encountering an error message, please perform basic troubleshooting steps like clearing cache, cookies and browsing history and use IE, Edge or In-private browser (Ctrl + Shift + P).
Then follow the steps below to redeem and activate your Azure Pass:
Step 1: Redeeming a Microsoft Azure Pass Promo Code:
Open a browser and navigate to: https://www.microsoftazurepass.com. (It is recommended you close all browsers and open a new In-private Browser session. Other log-ins can persist and may cause errors during the activation steps.)
Click the Start button to get started.
Enter your account login information and select “Sign In”
Click “Confirm” if the correct email address is listed.
Enter your promo code in the Promo Code box and click “Claim Promo Code.” (Note: It may take up to 5 minutes to process redemption.)
Step 2: Activate your subscription:
When the redemption process above is completed, you will be redirected to the sign up page.
Enter your account information and click “Next.”
Click the agreement check box and click the Sign up button. (Note: It may take a few minutes to process your request.)
Your Azure Pass is ready.
Once Azure Pass is activated, you will be given $100 USD of Azure credit that you can access at https://account.windowsazure.com.
In the future, you can navigate directly to the management portal at https://manage.windowsazure.com.
Please let me know if you have further questions.

Hi All,
I am also facing the issue with the https://www.microsoftazurepass.com site. After login using my account, it looks like it's failing after that. It's saying "Temporary issue with the site". Please help.
Thanks and Regards,
