There was a problem reaching this app

Please i need your help on this issue.

We are trying to create a chatbot from the Power Virtual Agent within Teams. You get an error "There was a problem reaching this app'' as shown below:

Attachments: Up to 10 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 3.0 MiB each and 30.0 MiB total.

Is your app pinned to MS Teams? Could you please share the console error which you are getting?
Could you please try to access it from chat and check if it works?

Have you tried to see if you could open the app in Teams web client?

Does anyone else have the same problem in your organization?
