Hotfix due to the Smart card problem

Hi,
Within Win 2019 server, how to apply the hotfix in addition to the way (for resolving Smart card problem) below?

Looks really old and likely was superseded. Installing the latest cumulative update should cover it.

Which should be installed? I am using Windows server 2019.

Ok, well the article you linked was for Server 2012 R2 so it would not have been applicable for Server 2019.
