Install Netframework Windows server 2016 (Version 1607)

I thought it would be easy to install newer Netframework for Windows Server 2016 (Ver 1607)
If I have look in registry, Netframework is version 4.7.03...and I must at least have 4.7.2 or higher to
install a new application.
But anyway, cant find where to download and install for Windows Server 2016 ver. 1607.
I must install without internet connection because of DMZ. (But can download to my local pc)
Really appreciate your answer.
