NSG Log Flows not creating insights-logs-networksecuritygroupflowevent

I am able to setup the NSG Flow Logs but when I check the storage location containers it only creates a folder called insights-activity-logs and not the insights-logs-networksecuritygroupflowevent folder. Not sure why, everything was setup correctly and resgistered right.

Thoughts?

I figured it out; this container is not created until there is a VM in the Resource Group.
