Hi I need some help with creating a excel file that we will continue adding data to. I have made a fillable pdf using adobe but I would like that every time someone fills out a form and clicks the submit button it will transfer the data to the excel sheet. How could I do this??
The PDF format was invented by Adobe, while Excel was invented by Microsoft. So technical inter-operation is not great between those formats. You can create fillable forms in Excel by locking/unlocking cells and applying worksheet protection. That would be much easier to implement.
Maybe using VBA macros and User Forms instead of PDF is an easier approach.
