My student account has a subscription for AzureForEducation from my university. I used a Windows 10 Education Product Key for my school work computer. Will I still be able to activate Windows 10 Education for a VM I need for class, or is the product key capped as single use. If so, is there a way to get another key?

You can't use the windows 10 education production key in Azure. Every student can activate a free Azure account and you will get a credit of $100 which you can use to have a VM. For more information, please visit - https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/free/students/
