Hi, @Aljanabimatt-6921

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

We may try the steps to see if it helps:
1. Hold down "Shift + F10" to open the command prompt
2. In the command prompt that appears, start the Registry Editor using the regedit command
3. In the Registry Editor, go to the reg key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Setup\Status\ChildCompletion
4. In the right panel, find the parameter named setup.exe. Its value is likely to be 1. Change it to 3 and save the changes.
5. Close the Registry Editor, and restart your computer by clicking OK in the error windows

Thanks for your response to the issue I know about this from Microsoft Community, and I went to this Registry path I couldn't find \Status under this path HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Setup.

Please advise what it is next?

Have we tried to export the smsts.log to see if there any useful info?
After the SCCM client is installed, the log should be located at c:\windows\ccm\logs\Smstslog\smsts.log
