I moved my app service plan to a D1, and was told it would be AUD$16/month.
Instead, I got billed $32. Why would that be?
Billed too high for App Service
You are probably running two apps.
In Basic and above, you will be charged for each App Service plan, while in the Shared plan, you will be charged for each app.
Free and Shared plans are metered on a per App basis.
