I looking for the SQL Server 2019. Usually i will get that from the evaluation center but it is currently down for more than a week.
Can anyone assist me to get the SQL Server 2019. Looking for your answer on this.

You are right that the Microsoft Evaluation Center is temporarily unavailable.
You can download an evaluation version here.

But the Evaluation editon can never be used for production workload unless it is be licensed, so you should be careful what you use it for
