Computer Vision Api on recognize printed text doesn't recognize special character Ñ instead finds N

I'm trying to recognize a printed document, with names with the letter Ñ, but computer vision api found N instead Ñ, it's posible parameterize recognize printed service (https://{endpoint}/vision/v2.0/recognizeText[?mode]) for achive read Ñ instead N?

I'm using "es" (Spanish), it's a little strange because I did 2 tests with diferent image qualities, a little one have 661x411 px and another big one
4000 x 3000 px, but it didn't find any (Ñ), in contrast 1 user told me that the system works well and it recognized well this text: "SAAVEDRA LARRAÑAGA JULIO CESAR" that clearly have a Ñ, i thought that the problem was because the image quality but I took a good photo of the big one (4000 x 3000 px), then i'm little lost about that.

I'm trying to configure a request from postman to test diferents images easily but when the request works well, didn't appear nothing in response section, only gave 202 Accepted status
