Office 2019 and Sharepoint updates are missing from SUP

Hi all,

I do not see in the SCCM console the updates of Office 2019.
The Office 2019 product is marked in SUP settings but the updates are not seen under All Updates nor under Office 365 updates.

The WSUS is installed on the same SCCM server and in the WSUS console the updates appear.

The wsyncmgr and WCM logs have no errors.

@RASHMAAR-2635 ,
You issue seems to be more related to SCCM or WSUS, so I would remove the "office-deployment" tag. Thanks for your understanding.

From my test, there is several updates in Office 365 update tab after checking the classification of Updates and the product of Office 365 Client.

We could check if these option is checked in SUP Component Properties.

Hi Amandayou,

I discovered this Q&A article while looking for answers to the same issue as the OP.

I want to patch a SharePoint Server 2019 server in my organisation using our CM server & SUP.

I have enabled Office 2019 as a SUP category, created an ADR for Office 2019 and the ADR runs with no errors but no Office 2019 nor SharePoint Server 2019 patches are returned into my updates database.

From reading the above...are you suggesting I should rather be using the Office 365 Client category in my SUP settings and ADR settings if I want to update SharePoint Server 2019?
