How to update Lock Screen Backround and Desktop Wallpaper via Intune

Question

Current process via intune only works if you upload an online link which I don't have access to setup.
I've worked out how to push out files via intune so every machine could have this file ready to go locally.
I'd also quite easily be able to upload a file to intune but it doesn't give me this option.

@Danny Borland , For the Locked screen picture URL and wallpaper background picture URL, in the CSP description, it can also be a file Url to a local image. We can see more details in the following link:
