How can I create a dynamic group in Azure Active Directory?

How can I create a dynamic group in Azure Active Directory? I've tried to follow this article: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/users-groups-roles/groups-create-rule Specifically this section: To create a group membership rule Sign in to the Azure AD admin center with an account that is in the Global administrator, Intune administrator, or User administrator role in the Azure AD organization. Search for and select Groups. Select All groups, and select New group. The option to change from assigned to dynamic group is greyed out and can not be changed from assigned. I presume that there is something else I need to do. Hoping there is a simple resolution. The environment I'm using is - License Azure AD Free. Kind regards

Judging from the plans comparison page Dynamic groups are available in Azure AD Premium subscriptions (P1 & P2) only. So in order to make use of dynamic group membership, you might need to upgrade your plan.
