How do I remove cached accounts from company portal?

When I try and log in to company portal on my phone, I get multiple accounts found.
Is there a way to delete this cache so that company portal don't find any accounts and I can only log in with email and password?

I want to find this because when I log in to company portal on another phone without any of my credentials it works fine and I don't get any accounts found.
But when I try and log in on my own phone I get multiple accounts from the same email and it just goes in a loop when trying to log in.
What I mean with loop is that I type my password then it goes to authenticator then loops back to password a couple of times before I get error.


Any help would be appreciated

Issue Definition:

Workaround:

Reset the phone and install company portal before activating Icloud. This time, we did not get any accounts. Then the login is successful.

not quite,

we can remove user from authenticator and unistall that app but when we try to log in on company portal we get multiple accounts to choose from that the app automatically finds through some kind of cache.
There is no option to remove these accounts from the list.
Currently the app shows 3 of the same email with different iterations of the name of the owner of that specific email.

We have tried using a different email on that phone and it works.
We suspect that that there are 2 different accounts that try and connect with the same email but we don't know how to remove the cache so we can't check if the phone remembers an old iteration of the email that has been moved to another account.
That's why we want to delete the cache that company portal uses to get the accounts

@FesteSigveSeljelid-9057, From your description, i know after removing users from Authenticator and uninstall that app, but we still get multiple accounts automatically find. Could you get screen shot to better understand it? Could you let us know which platform we test on?
Note: please hide privacy information when we upload the screenshot.

On my test iPhone, I find there are a list account in company portal after I choose sign out. When I choose delete the account and select "All the application on this device" in Authenticator, I find the account will also disappear in company portal. Could you let us know if we select "all the apps on this device" after clicking delete account.

Meanwhile, for the email account, please also check it on settings->Password and accounts to see if the account is there. Here is the link for the reference:

we found a work around.
we reset the phone and installed company portal before activating Icloud. we did not get any accounts found and we could log in and it worked fine.

How could you install the Company Portal app before logging in to iCloud on a reset phone?
