Premium V2 Unavailable

I'm trying to migrate some Web App's to the Premium tiers, however their not available in the portal.

I've looked at the supported locations and the regions my apps are hosted in are available (Australia Southeast)

Am I missing something here?

@JacobGardner-9679 Not every ASP supports the Premium V2 instance, even if you're in a supported region. At this time, if you are unable to scale up to Premium V2, you will need to migrate your apps to a supported app service plan.

You'll need to create a new App Service Plan that by default uses Premium V2 in order to ensure you're given supported hardware. (After the creation is completed, you can still scale down to standard/basic/etc. but this will ensure you have the ability to scale up to Pv2 when needed.

From there, you'll need to clone your app(s) from the old App Service Plan into the new App Service Plan or manually migrate/deploy your apps to the new App Service Plan.

@BryanTrachMSFT I have tried creating a new App Service Plan but with no luck for Premium. Can the resource group itself be causing this?

@JacobGarnder-9679 Apologies for my delay in getting back to you. There was an issue with the notification system.

Please ensure that when you are creating the ASP that you select a Pv2 instance, as highlighted in my screenshot. This ensures you are placed into a scale unit that has these Pv2 instances. Once the ASP creation is complete, you can safely scale down to a lower tier with the ability to scale back up.

If you are having issues with following the above step, you should likely receive an error when creating the ASP in the portal. Can you please share with us the error message?

We look forward to your reply.
