We had an account firstname.lastname@example.org with access to VLSC portal.
After that we activated free Azure AD subscription, added "domain.com" to Azure AD domain list and enabled Azure AD synchronization with pass-through authentication. Login name for email@example.com was not changed, so there was no problem with VLSC access.
Yesterday we decided to turn off Azure AD synchonization and delete "domain.com" from Azure AD domain list. And now our user is renamed to "firstname.lastname@example.org" and doesn't have access to VLSC portal.
What can we do to regain access to VLSC?
