Azure Stack HCI VM can be deploy from Azure Portal ?

Hi Team,
I would like ask is that possible to provision Azure Stack HCI VM from Azure Portal ? If yes, how could we do that.

As I aware, official document shows that Windows Admin Center / Hyper-V Management Console (legacy tool) .

Because my customer is asking whether any other way to provision on-prem VM via Azure portal to Azure Stack HCI .

    Hey - Cosmos mentioned self-service VM deployment from Azure in his Microsoft Inspire session, here: https://myinspire.microsoft.com/sessions/4a50e354-b3a8-4d54-9d2a-9dc723ac1030, around the 13 minute point. It's something that's in development, but don't have a timeline to share at this point.
