As discussed here can you please validate what type of public IP you are using? if you are using global tier IP the deployment errors out in InternalServerError.

Hi Team, I am also getting the same error while creating the firewall and when I delete and redeploy, it's deploying successfully. Please assist.

Hi,
I checked the logs and it is a backend component which is causing this deployment to fail. Can you re-try this deployment ? If that fails again, please open a support ticket. This needs a fix from engineering team in that case.
