Exchange Hybrid Agent and Classic Hybrid together

Hi,

I am currently using classic Exchange Hybrid configuration with Free/Busy web services reverse proxied into the Exchange 2016 Hybrid servers from Exchange Online. I am having an issue getting the Migration Endpoint setup and it seems that the reverse proxy solution we have may not work properly with NTLM authentication. Because the Exchange Hybrid Agent has some limited functionality I am wondering if it is at all possible to use the Exchange Hybrid Agent for just the Migration Endpoint and use the classic Hybrid for Availability web services?

Thanks,

Mike.

Based on my knowledge, we cannot use the Exchange Hybrid Agent and classic hybrid at the same time. We have to choose one topology for Exchange configuration.

If you need other assistant about migration endpoints or mailboxes migration, you can post a new question in our platform with more details. Our support engineers and other platform members will pay attention to it. Additionally, here is a blog about Understanding Hybrid Migration Endpoints in Classic and Modern Hybrid, hope you can get some useful information from it.
