Hi,

Please follow the steps below to successfully view your Microsoft exam score reports:

1. Login to your Microsoft Certification Dashboard:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/learning/dashboard.aspx

2. Under Exam providers, select your exam provider, for example Pearson VUE then click Go.

3. You will now be redirected to your exam provider's dashboard page, for example on the Pearson VUE's dashboard page you will see a list of all the exams you've completed. To view your exam score reports, on the right-side of your Pearson VUE's dashboard you can click on View Score Reports.

4. You will now see a list of all the exams you have taken, to view a score of one of your exams click on the View button beside the exam you want to check the score of.

Once you click on View, a scorereport.pdf will be downloaded where you can see your exam score report.

(If the reply was helpful please don't forget to accept as answer, thank you)

Best regards,
Leon

I don't see that option anywhere (this is in Edge browser). Also tried Firefox. This is frustrating as I have no way to see my scores since I took an exam from home and couldn't print it:

I do not have the option "View your score report". If you could advice what can be done?
Thanks

Actually, its not at Microsoft dashboard. It is on pearson dashboard. You may follow below link or given details:

Go to Dashboard >> go at "Exam Provider" >> Select the exam provider "Pearson VUE" >> Click "Go". This will bring Pearson dashboard as below:

Then you will see "View Score Report" at right up corner.

I hope, this would help you.

My account can't preview my certificates. So I am unable to download score report.

I wrote exam from account shivani.laad@outlook.com but since I forgot password, my examination account was linked to shivanisidhu17@outlook.com but now I can't access my certificate from shivanisidhu17@outlook.com

Then I’d reach out to the experts in the dedicated Microsoft Certification forum over here:

This solution is not helpful. On clicking on 'View' button, it is still not opening the certificate/ score card.
Please mail the certificate to my registered email id.

Kind regards,
Swati

The guide tells you precisely what to do and if you follow it thoroughly you will be able to view your score report.

Note the last sentence in my guide: Once you click on View, a scorereport.pdf will be downloaded where you can see your exam score report.

I understood completely what the instructions are saying. I clicked on View button and the pdf did not get downloaded. I even checked the download folder. Somehow it is just not happening for me.

It works here, then it may be something with your web browser.
I'd try:
- Clearing the cache of the web browser
- Restart the web browser
- Try another web browser
