Hi.

I have had office 365 installed on a PC for some time (enterprice installation) . Leaving the company and removing office left me to find out that I could not install my Office 365 premium. Tried offline download and online installation, same error message. I have been running the office removal tool, no success.

Error message 30010-45

What to do?

    @Daniel Riddarvinge ,

    Error Massage 30010-45 seems not to be a common error message, I suggest you try the steps below to have a check first.

    1. Please refer to "Manually remove a Click-to-Run installation Office" in "Manually uninstall Office" to check whether there is residual information of previous Office on your PC and delete it.
    2. In addition, turn off security software (Such as Windows Defender, 3rd-party antivirus software) temporarily to avoid the installation being blocked.
    3. Update your Windows system to check this issue.
    4. Create a local administrator account to install Office.

    As you said "my Office 365 premium", does it mean "Office 365 Business Premium"?
    If yes, please let me know, I would add more information about how to install Office 365 Business Premium with ODT and configuration file.
