Can't access my azure account

My server rebooted and now I can't connect to it anymore. Tried to connect to the azure porta but I can't because my email address that I initially defined was closed. Tried to change it but now the account says that I have to wait one month before the change takes effect. My VM is mission critical and I have to get it running today, please help.
I tried to contact azure suppport but i don't know how to.
Please help me!

Your Global administrator can give access to your tenant.

I don't have a global administrator, it's just me. Thank you for the answer but i can't login to that site, when i try the platform says that i have to wait one month for my new email to be taken into consideration
What to do in this case?
