Unfortunately the workaround you suggest is not applicable to my case. In fact we get the hyperlink text directly from Sharepoit, by right-click on the document itself and the option "copy link", then we paste the link directly into the cell, modifying only the label.
There has been recently a change in the behaviour of Excel Web Access, because up to15 days ago the links prepared in this way were perfectly working; shame is that I'm not able to find a way to force the old behaviour
