Hyper-V VM has bellow logs
- Event ID 7036: The Hyper-V Heartbeat Service service entered the stopped state.
- Event ID 7036: The Hyper-V Time Synchronization Service service entered the stopped state.
then
- Event ID 6008: The previous system shutdown at xx on xx was unexpected.
- Event ID 41: The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.
If VM has join to a Hyper-V cluster, it has a log in cluster
- Event ID 1069: Cluster resource 'Virtual Machine XXX' of type 'Virtual Machine' in clustered role 'XXX' failed.
Based on the failure policies for the resource and role, the cluster service may try to bring the resource online on this node or move the group to another node of the cluster and then restart it.
Check the resource and group state using Failover Cluster Manager or the Get-ClusterResource Windows PowerShell cmdlet.
There is any new update. The issue still happen in my company. Thank you
