The issue seems to be isolated to WIndows10, as cannot be replicated on a Windows7 instance. Checking the updates deployed it may be linked to Windows Defender also, although I have tried disabling the firewall and that has made no difference.
Yes, so I believe it could be linked to a Windows Defender update since that is the only update that has occured. The problem was found on November 30th so I believe one of the two updates on November 29th is at fault. ! 154072-image.png
