Exactly. Teams > Devices is only working partially. Those are my system's audio devices:
And that's what my Teams is showing:
As you can see, Teams is not listing all devices my system recognizes (even after restart of teams and restart of the whole system).
There is no way to switch between internal speakers and external speakers/headphones. That's not a big problem, when selecting "Built In Audio" the speakers connected to my Jack output are used, so this one works
It does not matter what I am selecting as microphone -- the USB Headset is always used. Switching this device does not change anything.
I tried it a few times now... and it is different each time. First of all I selected the "Handy Recorder" (which is my Zoom H4N Pro) for both, in and out. The ringing came out of my Zoom H4N Pro, but the call still used the USB Headset for both, in and out. Then I switched the speakers to "Built In Audio", which worked (sound, both ringing and call), came out of my speakers, but it was still using my USB Headset as microphone. After that, I switched it back to my Zoom for both, and now Teams is using my USB Headset as speaker and I don't know which mic, as the test call does not record anything.
I know, that's confusing. Is there any way to debug this?
By the way, if I disconnect the USB Headset it works. Then I can select "Built In Audio" as speakers, and "Handy Recorder" as microphone and both is used by Teams in the Test Call.
Thanks for your reply, @ZhengqiLou-MSFT ,
