Thanks. I have supported account types "All users" - is that why? Also, when will the graph operations be available for changing passwords?

I have the same problem.

Insufficient privileges to complete the operation and I can not add permissions to the Graph API.

I find it kinda weird that I can enable, disable, create and delete users - but I cant set their passwords? :)

I have tried the Graph Beta API too.
