When did this appear and what's the detailed BSOD error message?

Some blue screen errors might occur after a specific update is installed on your device. If you get a blue screen error after an update, try to fix the error by uninstalling recent updates.

To do this, you'll need to sign in to Windows using safe mode. Safe mode starts Windows in a basic state, using a limited set of files and drivers and allows you to perform troubleshooting steps:

As mentioned, I have exhausted what I believe every avenue for upgrade is. Installing from Windows update, installing from ISO, uninstalling pretty much all third party software, including AV, removing USB devices, resetting WIN10 Tile store, resetting Winupdate, ensuring there is enough disk space, going through the device manager manually for every device listed and selecting upgrade device driver, then searching on the net for updates.

As mentioned, there must be a limitation somewhere that is preventing Win10 feature update from installing. As this is a Win7 --> Win10 upgrade, there is no WIN10 CD/license key that I have so that I can reinstall WIN10 fresh, which seems about the only avenue left for me to try.
