If I try Search Scope Test result, I get the link with DispForm.aspx, so the document really are in the index, but it not return the URL with file name.....

no, that doclib has the same settings of all others, beside that word documents in that doclib appear in search result with full URL...

Inside th doclib, If I hover mouse over item, none appear in taskbar (for other type of files is the same).

In my case the problem was a bug in some of the SPO search services, Microsoft should made a fix for this bug. Teorically, the fix should be already done.....

I suggest you that talk with Microsoft support.

Now I add filters in my search and it did the work, so I assume that the problem is with the amount of documents to return....

In that case I was filtering only by creation date, and for that day the amount of documents was 4000....

Now we have a migration environment, we cloned productions servers and run migration in the new environment. The results with SPMT are the same, amazing.... In this environment de DB server has SSD disks....

There is a chance to migrate only content with SPMT? (I already have all the structure created in SPO).

I think that I could say that you are thinking well.... This morning I had end to migrating a site collection with more than 3000 subsites, and all are there!

So this is a recommended value, but I suggest use this value like a hard limit.... We must stay healthy :)
