Hi, sorry, I should of included that - ive only tried via the Portal at this time, and that is the error.

Is there a guide to this? I cant seem to find anything on RG creation IN a MNG Group with Powershell? Also, there doesnt seem to be a way to move a RG to a MNG Group either? Maybe my eyes are too tired now and im not seeing the obvious..

No, as the GUI is easy.. Select the MNG and then from there select RG and 'add'.
