Hi,
If this is the case, this failover architecture can only provide protection on node failure, but not on network failure.
Failover cluster provides high availability for roles when the node fails. It detects that the role is failed to be online on the current node, it will failover to the other ones. If something wrong within the role, while the role still running on the current node, it will not failover.
Cluster with multiple networks, when one network is down, it will try to use the other one for client or cluster traffic, while it mainly functions on cluster level.
