Hi,
Many thanks for your detailed explanation.
For workgroup machines, we cannot add the specific read or write permissions for specific users. Users in "FullRights" cannot be recognized by "FileFeeder" since they have no other relationship except network, it's not same as that domain users can be recognized in domain environment. But I think if you do not want "ViewOnly" & "NoRights" to see the shared folder in their machine, you could turn off network discovery and file and printer sharing from "ViewOnly" & "NoRights" ends.
Or I did a test in my environment, although the share folder is visible on the other devices, before accessing the shared folder we need insert the credential of source side, so I think you could do not share the correct credential of source side to "ViewOnly" & "NoRights" users.

Best Regards,
Sunny
Hi,
Many thanks for your update. May I know if the issue was resolved by adding an A record "www" for the website?
If yes, I would suggest you could tell the visitors, when accessing the website please insert www.domain.com. Otherwise, I would suggest you configure Split-Brain DNS.
Best Regards,
Sunny
