Hi @DalyKelly-0330,

Hi @vandreytrindade,
Yup, that should be the key of your issue. For Outlook versions which can support Mentions feature, it should have the option like your screenshots.

Hi @Nicholas94-4980,

Appreciate your sharing and reply.

Since you could solve your OOF issue by change the Authentication settings, will your OWA login issue be related to your Authentication settings as well? It is suggested for you to checked the Authentication settings of your Owa virtualdirectory and see if there is any difference.

Here are my Owa virtualdirectory Authentication settings in my Exchange 2013 CU23, for your reference:

Settings in IIS:

Settings in EMS:

Hope this can be helpful.

Hi @JackSaltiel-7272,

Thanks for your reply and sorry for my delay.

As I know, issues like this might happen as well if you have enabled the "Enable troubleshooting logging" option. So, please try to have a look and make sure you have unchecked the "Enable troubleshooting logging" option via File > Options > Advanced like below.

By the way, have you tried the new Outlook profile method we mentioned before? Corrupted Outlook datafiles and corrupted profiles may indeed cause similar issues as yours. So, if you have not tried using a new Outlook profile, give one shot if you are convenient and see if this issue could be better.

Hi @08111028,

Thanks for your reply.

Well, I can fully understand the situation that you described above, however, as I know, this is indeed how IMAP accounts work in Outlook desktop client(Outlook 2013, 2016, even the latest Outlook 365). And Outlook provides Change send/receive group settings options which I mentioned above to allow users to Schedule automatic sync on their own for better experience. This is by design, we might not be able to change this behavior.

Except for the Send/Receive settings we mentioned above, as I know, using Exchange email account can also be an alternative workaround.

Grateful to your understanding and support.

Hi @SteveCBiscemi-4628,

Thanks for your update.

Please kindly understand that I mainly focus on general issues about Outlook desktop client and know little about the Googlesync tool you mentioned. So, I would be more willing to troubleshot from the Outlook client first, can you successfully send emails out from Outlook without the Googlesync(just like what I did before)? If you can successfully did that, we might be able to infer that the Outlook client itself should be fine and there might be something in your environment which affected the Googlesync tool. Personally I think, "have not installed the latest updates" may also cause issues like yours. It is suggested for you to try updating your Outlook, Windows and the Googlesync tool all to the latest version to avoid version-related issues and see if this issue could be better.

Hi @ender,

Thanks for your detailed reply.

I did more tests with Exchange email accounts and shared calendars, however, all my test results seems just shows that color categories can be successfully synced in shared calendars, and the other "owners" of the shared calendars can normally see my configured color categories.

The possible factors I can think of are the color category you used and the way you share your calendar. It is suggested for you to remove all the owners' permission and re-grant those permission, then try some other color categories to see if the issue has any difference.
