We are using Purview to scan our Synapse analytics workspace (Only the dedicated SQL pool). When you try to scan the Synapse Analytics workspace with Azure Sql Dedicated SQL pool source, it should work as per my understanding. However, we are not able to reach the resource. The end point that is looks for to connect from Purview end is ABC.database.windows.net and the dedicated sql pool endpoint would be ABC.sql.azuresynapse.net.
All these are in a VNET setting. What might be the reasons where ABC.database.windows.net can't point to ABC.sql.azuresynapse.net Appreciate if you can provide some pointers.
