i tried to create the alert rule myself from Azure alerts and took a screenshot of it
So you can also try to create the alert rule yourself and you get to this screen.
From Standard LogicApps , do we need to have on-premises datagateway to access the on-prem file share ?
I was thinking, since Standard LogicApps has an AppServicePlan (a VM behind the scenes), we dont need an on-premises datagateway. Please answer this point.
if we have to install on-prem data gateway even for Standard Logic Apps having App Service Plan (Azure VMs behind the scene) , then what is the point of creating App Service Plan for Standard Logic Apps ?
Does not an App Service Plan created for Standard Logic Apps, not help in network connectivity ?
Please help
The links that you gave , talk about backing up SQL database
My question was backing up DB2 database

2) Also there is no way to move the logs for disabling soft-delete feature into into Log analytics and then raise alerts based on log analytics query results . This is because , we have over 500 subscriptions with recovery vault in each subscription. So instead of enabling alerts in each individual subscription, we thought of moving the audit logs or any logs from the recovery vault into a centralized Log Analytics , from where , we could raise the alerts , based on the querying the log analytics workspace.
3) Also i think there is no logs for Stop Protection and delete backup data , that can be sent to log analytics workspace , since it does not get captured either in audit logs. Can you please confirm on this point , as well ?

I want to add additional email recipients ,whenever soft-delete is disabled . I don't see any option for this.
This alert goes only to subscription owners, admins and co admins. But i want to add extra recipient
1) So you are saying that Azure fileshare backup will inturn be stored inside the same azure storage account via the recovery vault ?
2) Lets assume that in case , the attacker somehow gets access inside and files get corrupted , then how can we perform instant restore of data before ransomware attack ?. Even if not instant restore , how do we understand which is correct snapshot data before ransomware attack.
3) What options do we have to secure azure file backup --> One option is to secure Recovery services vault . Any other options , or is that it
