It's still taking 3 to 4 hours.
I added the logic of deleting the guid of the app, then do a restart of ime service and initiate the scheduled tasks. The sync is showing success (in work and school account section), but it's not triggering the app install immediately..
The app is coming down
in 5 minutes after the
restart.
The time I mentioned is between the sync time (in accounts) and IME first app install notification.
I can't do that because it'll cause bad user experience.. Somehow solved my situation by doing some changes in the detection script.

Schedule task have to call a win32 app with custom exit code.
And we need the start the app installation asap after the task run.
