we are using AADConnect for Password Synchronization and user attribute

i mean when users create in particular OU it will sync to Cloud and if password change from active directory it will get updated in Cloud.

yes we are using AADConnect to Sync to Azure from On-Prem.

in my last post i forget to mention that database Mailbox Database 0507388737" mentioned status is dismounted.
