Have you developed a Web app or Teams apps ? Enterprise application is not a Teams application.
If your app is a web app then you need to integrate it inside a Tab in Teams:

Did deleting the app in Developer Portal and importing the app again help in solving the issue? Please share your manifest if you still face the issue?

You can also use following commands in Teams client to collect logs:

Windows: Ctrl + Alt + Shift + 1

Mac: Option + Command + Shift + 1

Please note the user should download the logs after they see a repro of the issue.
