Hello @RaymondSupilanas-4061

If the object from the On-premises and the Object from the cloud is the same user then they will get a soft match and get link together but if they are different objects but with the same SMTP value and you are getting duplicate error then you need to make sure to which user the SMTP value belongs to and update or rename the other user SMTP value in order to resolve the issue without deleting them.

Also, you can remove yourself from your school tenant by going to the https://myapps.microsoft.com/ clicking view profile from the top right corner and then go-to organization and click leave organization from the organization that you want to remove from.

Hello @JamesTheAwesomeDude,

in regards to your concern please log in to portal.azure.com and change the default directory from your school directory to your directory as shown in the below screenshot so that whenever you log in it will load your directory, not your school directory and if you have the required License in your directory then you won't be getting the Access denied error. this would be a temporary fix but in order for you to completely remove your Account from the School domain/tenant then you need to request your school to remove your Account from there Azure Active Directory.

Hello @SenthooriSivakumarDigital-7113,

Thank you for reaching out to us please let us know if following the steps mention by @Bouba88 helps to resolve your issue if not then can I please know

  1. On which connector are you experiencing the issue is it the Onmicrosoft connector or the local connector.

  2. Also let me know was there any recent large update that was supposed to happen like syncing more than 1000 objects.

  3. Are you using Local DB SQL or the Full SQl sometimes if the Local DB reaches 10GB limit then you need to move your Local DB to Full SQL DB follow this link to migrate.

  4. Please resolve the errors showing Azure AD Connect synchronization service manager.

Thank you.

If you have even 1 P1/P2 license in a tenant, all users can access the premium features but to stay compliant with Microsoft, all users who are consuming premium features should be assigned with P1/P2 license. in the case of guest users, 5:1 needs to be maintained, i.e., 1 premium license for 5 guest users. If MAU ( Monthly Active User) is enabled, 5:1 won't be applicable.

And in regards to your concern following link I have provided earlier states that.
