On SQL server we enabled TLS 1.2 at client side and not server side. This way still User profile synchronization service is not working as of now.
If possible, Will try below suggested soon and let you know the results. Thanks.

You SQL Server may not support TLS 1.2 by default. You need to apply the hotfix for TLS 1.2.

Yes, We disabled TLS 1.0 and 1.1 then enabled TLS 1.2,
But user profile synchronization service from central admin stopped working after this. Please let me know if any thoughts.

Yes this issue occurring for me in case of EV files only. But as we are using EV solution, when i download the same file using "Download a Copy" option manually from browser it works and file gets downloaded with full size as per the original one uploaded.

But when i am trying to download the bulk required files using the c# or PowerShell scripts. Only the files which are not archived getting downloaded in full. Rest are downloading only in the size of 1KB. Which is not original file.

Open with explorer not working with us, As the document library contains more then 20000 Plus subfolders with broken inheritance for each now.

As we are using EV for our organization to archive the files, When ever i use the custom c# code to download only required subfolder files.
I am getting only Short cut files but not original. If in case i do a many copy past of such files one by one then original file is getting downloaded from SharePoint.

Is there any other way to provide similar option at Folder levels.
As users have many documents at subfolder level. To update value of one column at a time in bulk became challenging now.
