Sorry, I think you misunderstood my question - I know how to check when the device last checked in, but in your previous post you said "Stale device is calculated based on the last device check-in timeframe." which led me to wonder if this timeframe is configurable.... i.e. can I change it so that it takes 60 days of no activity before the device goes stale?

I read the article you linked, but I couldn't see where I can view and change the last device check-in timeframe. Do you know where I can see this setting to see what is the current inactivity timeframe for devices to go stale and where I can change it please?

Thanks for the response. Yes, I have come across that article actually - however I don't think it applies to my setup which is Android Corporate Owned Dedicated Device (which is not mentioned in the Supported Devices list at the start of the article). I may to start a separate thread about this issue.
