No I did not changed any properties and using them as is. I also get the same result for these properties. But I get 1 hr difference in actual time when page was last modified and the result I get from search query. E.G.
actual Modified Time for page is 2020-11-25 16:26 but search gives time 2020-11-25 15:26

I made changes as per the suggestions in the posts but still facing the same issue.
I also checked regional settings for the site where page is present and the root site that I use to build search API, both are same.

Thank you for reply.
I tried using other RSS feed url and it is working properly in the web part and I get desired results.
But when I try to use a specific link I get the above mentioned error.
The link that I am trying to use in web part is accessible from both app and WFE servers using browser.

Hi @Jerryzy-MSFT,
I tried generating feed url from the mentioned link it gives me same url as that I am using and aslo the feed works properly in the test section of the give site.
One more thing that I would like to share is I tried one more test link https://abcnews.go.com/abcnews/usheadlines in my staging environment and it gives me desired results but when I try same link in production environment I get same error.
As far as network settings are considered we have them same for staging and prod environment.

I was able to resolve this issue. I had to specifically add "user_impersonation" azure AD app.
