I have tested your code with Outlook desktop 2019 and I have the same problem,
I have installed the last update of Edge Versión 91.0.864.59 (Compilación oficial) (64 bits) also I hava the same problem with Google Chrome.
I think it is a error from Outlook desktop 2019.
Can you help me please, how can I solve this issue?

I have the same problem over edge and chrome browser.

I have Outlook 2019 desktop installed Edge and Google Chrome Versión 91.0.4472.114 (Build oficial) (64 bits).

These are my error cases. this happening when email have a single sender name.
