Yes the same issue occur with chrome as well.

I am not modifying or adding any information to differentiate a normal space and non breaking space.
The only thing we do here is provide space in the url -- basically url is for a defined folder path which contains space.

While trying to navigate that url from different machines behaves differently as mentioned above.
One brings normal space and other brings non breaking space. does browser has the capability to encode space to non breaking space?

Can we force the url to navigate to edge without IE mode and vice versa?
Do we have any properties or methods in Microsoft web browser control?

Can we define any method or property using OLE to use IE or Edge before calling navigate with URL?

We tried this and it is opening in same window. need to open in different tab.
Also tried using windows.navigate function and while trying to open it is opening 2 times with 2 different tabs.

Please let us know what is the alternate method we can try for this scenario.
